When I obtain the Tempest and go to the pathfinders quarters and hit the Special Deliveries Cache, i do not receive any of the items from the Deep Space Pack or the Deluxe Edition content. I have downloaded and installed the extra content (it shows that I have under the extra content tab when i click on the game in origin). If Mass Effect 2 was purchased outside of Origin, you could purchase DLC content from BioWares website (After BioWares website shut down, all DLC for Mass Effect 2 became available to download on EAs Website for the PC.
